Is there any way within Archicad to change the size of text in toolbars, pallets, and dialog boxes? I have a new 4k HDR external monitor, but in native mode the text is so small I can't read the view map and other important dialog boxes. I can zoom on text in the model, but not the Archicad text.
The only way I have found so far is to dumb down the monitor to a lower resolution. Is there a better way?

I think that’s the only way unfortunately. Mac’s don’t have the same setting as PC’s where you can change the text size independently.

In monitors settings in the system setting on your Mac you can choose the scaling of your 4K monitor. It will change the size of all ellements, includin icons. You can set it independently from your built-in display.

Yes, this is what I am doing now. But why did I pay for a 4K monitor when I can only use it as a 2K monitor?

Here is a partial work-around. It is called "hover text", and can enlarge text in toolbars, pallets, and dialog boxes one phrase at a time when the cursor is over them. See https://support.apple.com/zh-sg/guide/mac-help/mchlb203bc78/12.0/mac/12.0
