Is it possible to Xref one model into another?

I am currently putting together a masterplan where several different buildings need putting on the one site. Is there a way that I can import or xref these models into my masterplan file?

I have tried placing an external drawing but once the file has been selected it wont let me progress any further.

If it is just he building shells you need to show on the same site, you can save them as a .gsm and place the buildings as objects. I have done that a few times when I needed to generate a view of a street with several different model homes on it.
