Is there a way to...

I have a building that I'm working on for a Uni project. I have drawn surrounding buildings that are just very simple boxes with roofs basically.

In section view, I want the main building to be cut but surrounding buildings not to be cut at all ( if this makes sense ) whilst still being able to view all buildings in one section view. The reasons is, I don't need to see inside the other buildings ( as they are empty ), only the main building ( that I've designed ) but I also need to keep them al in the same section.

See the attached for a view of what I mean ( I know the roofs are messed up, I didn't have time to do them correctly, but they will be soon ! )

Thank You this is very important to me !

Can I stagger a section cut that has already been created ?

The manual shows that you select straight or staggered line before making the cut...

Yes. Select the Section line, pick and drag the centre node and use the top-left button on the pet palette that pops up.

When I do that, I can only move it about the centre of the line... How can I change that ?

EDIT: Never mind, I found that you can alter it by dragging it...
Thank You
