I've found a texture in the library, but, unfortunately, the textures in the library don't match up in the way the cladding in the photo would.

This looks like a job for Super… Complex Profile.
Study the Complex Profile feature - you'll use it with the wall tool to create the horizontal cladding joints. Apply specific materials to each cladding segment.

My advice would be to download the various profiles from the manufacture and model it exactly like you will build it.
