You can right click on the view in the View Map (Navigator) and select "Place on Layout", but it is generally best to use the organizer to drag views from the onto the layouts.
This is very basic stuff. You should really take some time with a tutorial, get some training, or find some local users to talk to.

But when I want to have JPEG format from It.its in low resloution,How can i get It High quality????
