Good afternoon. We ask the entire Archicad community to address the issue with MEP element approximation. It's unbearable and ugly when you're designing an interior and a circular ventilation connection has a smaller approximation and is displayed incorrectly in 3D than a straight pipe. This works perfectly in Revit. You promised to fix this issue back in version 28. In fact, you don't have an element approximation feature in MEP library elements. I have to open previous versions of Archicad and do it there, and then migrate to version 28 or even version 29, since the issue remains.

Can you please show an image of what you are referring to?

This is also my topic. You can see that join detail is worse in smoothness than tubes.

OK, by approximation, you mean resolution.
I do not use MEP but I just tried a round duct route in 28 using the MEP library pack objects.
When I joint two round ducts together, the automatic joint 3D resolution matches that of the duct.
I have no idea what I am doing, but I am not seeing the lower resolution that you are seeing.
I not sure how much more help I can give.
Are you manually placing the connection or just joining two ducts and getting the automatic connection?
Barry.

I use automatic connection, but also when use manually connection it is same result. I red a lot info about it and all people says about this bug.
