It can be set in the Dimensions page of the Project Preferences Dialog.

Do you have "Working Units" in Project Preferences set to 1 decimal place, too?
EDIT: Ignore above. If you set Decimals to 0, and rounding to .5, you will get what you want, except for the commas.

Yes, that's correct. Unfortunately the commas are what i need to hand the documentation do the department.
It's not the end of the world that i have roundings like 0,2 or 0,4. It just looks unprofessional and i was hoping that someone knows the solution to that in archicad.
