Magic Wand tool doesn't work with Shell Tool

While holding the spacebar with Shell Tool the Magic Tool is not being activated

That is because you can't magic wand a shell to any elements if you are using the 'simple' construction method.

If you use the 'detailed' construction method, where you are specifying the profile of the shell first, then you can use the magic wand to get that shape.

Hi, I'm having the same problem, but even when I try to specify the profile first, I still don't get the magic wand when I press the space bar.
I've tried getting the wand by going to the design menu for "outline polygon with magic wand", but while the wand appears, it doesn't pick up the shape I've drawn for my shell.

(using Archicad 27 & Windows 11)

Are you sure you are using the 'detailed' construction method?
