Mailing a project with all its (custom) gdl's ?

A company I will work with has not the same lib parts as I use in my project. Is there a simple way to mail a project with all its use parts to him? Or do I have to add all the gdl's in a zip file and he has to add it in his Lib.?

Create an archive project (save as .pla) this should include all textures and library part etc.

It can be on the big side...

Then reopen the .pla and extract all elements to a folder.
You can send both the .pln and this new created library folder instead of the .pla...
This should work now with heavily reduced file sizes
If necessary zip file / folder for mail.
