Also, when merging layouts, drawing manager indicates layouts come from the plan that was merged, rather than the current open pln that was the merge receiver. How do I change that? I've got 30 sheets and 50 layouts.

Can't check it right now, but I think this would work...
- Go into the 'Drawing Manager' dialogue box,
Click on the 'Path' tab along the top to group all the drawings together that were linked to your previous corrupt PLN,
Select all the drawings linked to that PLN,
Click the icon of chain links in the top left corner of the dialogue box,
Browse till you come to the PLN you're currently working in and select that.
