Section background window color?

Upper right window opened with a grey background. Do not know how that happened and can't change it to white as other windows. Have tried all section settings to no avail. Any help here?

BIMx opening view

Have tried to save a hypermodel with photorender window as the opening view. I can generate the render but I get an error when attempting to save to the BIMx site. Do I have to use 3D window for the opening view for the BIMx to save? It's not great q...

BIMX error message

My client received an error message "Browser not supported" upon attempting to open a hypermodel. They used various models to try to open but received the same message each app. Any suggestions? Thanks Tom
