License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Thanks.
It is a bit hard to say without seeing the actual file.
When you look in plan what is at those locations?
It looks to me as if you may have short walls inside the main walls.

Not sure how to upload Archicad file, when I upload it give me a message 'invalid file extension'? I also think is another wall inside, how to make this disappear?

You will have to ZIP the file - but it may still be too big.
A file sharing site works well - just post the file link.

Can you show the garage area in plan with every thing selected.
I might be able to see what is happening from that.

RJUNIMEL:

One possibility is that the interior Walls are on a different Layer than the exterior Walls, and these layers have different Intersection Group Number. You can make sure these numbers are the same for the two layers, or turn off the interior wall layer for exterior views.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
