My Settings are Locked

About Archicad's design tools, element connections, modeling concepts, etc.

When I try to change elevations it doesn't let me.

Operating system used: Windows

It could be that the element is locked, or the layer it is in is locked.

Or maybe it is a teamwork project and it is not reserved?
