My Tools are in Slow Motion

What the heck is goin' on here? Open GL in the 3D window works normal, menus operate fine, but to use any tool is painful. Even the arrow selection tool is screwed up. All my other apps and the finder seem normal, but AC is flat out unuseable. I've never experienced this before. Ideas?

Oops... Somehow 2D Open GL turned itself on. I've never liked machines with a mind of their own.
