NAVIGATOR PALETTE is turning off by it self

Hello, my AC suddenly started to shut down the NAVIGATOR palette by it self.
I turn it on and as sun I click the drawing window or any other icon out of the NAVIGATOR palette it turns it self off again.
I have tried to use a different work environment, a new file and the problem persists. Any idea what is going on
