IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN TRANSFER MY AUTOCAD COMPANY PEN SET TO ARCHICAD

There are but I don't advise it. ArchiCAD needs a very different approach to pens unless you plan to use it only as a 2D drafting tool (and even then it is still different).
