Pen sets in layout book drawing

Used to be able to change pen widths within the drawing settings within the placed view on the layout book. Now, can't seem to do it. I have a pen settings dialogue box, can create new pen sets, but only view the pens and their widths. How can I change them?

It looks like that will do it. I'm used to being able to do it right on the layout. Didn't think GS would move it around.....
