The Polycount Goodie should do what you need. You can even select individual or a specific range of storeys if required.
Go to 'ArchiCAD 11 Goodies' on your 'Help' menu in ArchiCAD to launch the download site. Follow instructions to install.
To launch when it is installed go to 'Window' 'Palletes' then 'Polycount'.
