Cant change Section Reference ID

I cant change the Reference ID in my section selection settings. What is the setting that will allow me to change my section ref id? I searched but couldnt find the answer. Thanks!

You'll need to make sure the marker is linked to the Source Marker, not a Linked Marker or Unlinked Marker, under the General tab.

They all are set as Source Marker, not a Linked Marker or Unlinked Marker. Any other ideas?

Nevermind, I dont know what I did but it is allowing me to change the ID's now. Thanks anyway!
