Questions: ceiling and rotating Archicad 8.1

HI All... Im a freshman so my question may be a bit ridiculous...
first i cant create a ceiling on the ground floor , it says that some error occured... whether i do it with interior wizard or accessories its no good...
second thing is that i cant rotate the beams in the section and elevation ....
What should i do guys ... Ive got 8.1 Pls help ...

If your zones are OK, and your libraries are loaded, ceilings should work. Which error, BTW?

Beams cannot be rotated out of the horizontal plane. If you need sloping beams, use roof structure elements or pieces of roof.

When you ask a question, write exactly which errors are showing up, and put your OS and ArchiCAD version in your signature.

Ok... The error is: " Error occured during the operation".
It happend each time Im switching to 3D window.
The problem is only when I set the ceiling on the ground floor and when i choose that with the panels ..
On the upper stories its working.
What should i check bout the zones ?
Should I set them again from the very begining.
