Raiilng not showing up in 3D

The elevations are showing the railing but not in my 3D...the filter is NEW. It is not showing up when selected to show in 3D. What am I missing?

Check the layer is turned on (obvious I know!).
Check that you don't have objects turned off in the 3D filter options.
Try a renovation filter that does not hide or override anything.
