Rectangular staircase won't turn on itself and continue up the same side.

Dear Community Forum

I have a weird issue. I tried to construct a staircase height required is 4.85 meters which means around 27 steps or so,

Problem I start off great with a landing and turn to meet the other side and go up, I create a second rectangular landing, but ArchiCAD won't let me continue up the same side as I started. This is a concrete staircase from Basement 2 going up. I end up with a staircase that does not work. Any reason or restriction why this is an issue. I can't even find tutorials showing any staircase continuing up. Below are the screenshots. (There is a reference in light yellow behind my drawing.)

Operating system used: Windows Archicad 25

If I understand correctly, it seems the problem is your are trying to overlap the stair over itself. This can´t be done in Archicad, you would have to model two stairs one on top of the other.
