Renovation Filter Discrepancy Bug?

I ran into a problem working with a plan I just imported from IFC. It was exported from Revit Structure.

It should be impossible, but the Renovation Filter Options shown in the Document Menu does not match the ReFO's shown in the Renovation Palette. The Palette shows the default template ReFO's, and the Menu shows the ReFO's we use in our office template. They all seem to be working a little wonky (probably due to imported elements with bad settings). The ReFO Settings Dialog Box and the Quick Options all agree with the Palette, so I guess the Menu is wrong. Nonetheless, it's a little scary! Has anyone seen this?

BTW, we're still on AC17 Hotfix 5 Build 5014.
