Roofing with beams - beams problem

Im trying to make a detailed roofing without roof vizard by using beams. It helps me with documentations. The problem is in beams that cant connect with the third one, it causes one of them to extend and it adds more millimeters to my canculations.

Yes, Beams are broken this way.... sadly.

Only thing you can try is to put them on different layers with different intersection numbers.
