Rotating Hatches

Can anyone tell me how to rotate the vector hatches as one would do in Autocad? This is helpful when doing a site plan that accurately reflects the paving patterns.

1) In the Fill Settings dialog, set the option to "Link To Fill Origin".
2) In the Display Settings, select the option to "Show" Fill handles
3) You will be prompted to enter a fill origin and direction when drawing fills. The fill will also display handles on these positions in plan, so you can subsequently change them.
