Rotating the workspace???

Is it possible to rotate the workspace as in other applications such as autocad etc?

or does this go on the wish list for ACX??

Long time wish - In Microstation, you can align any view to any edge or line - in 3D space. And have several differently aligned views open at once, even if all are floor plans.
