Saving Display Options in Work Environment...possible?

I'd like to know if there is a way to set the Display Options in the Work Environment.

My problem is our printer only prints fill correctly when they are set as "Transparent" in Display Options. Otherwise they would print black fills (even with the color set to "none").

I've tried saving the setting in Display Options, but this does not get saved from project to project as in the settings in Work Environment.

The display option setting is stored per viewset, so the only way you can get your files to retain thier display options is to define their viewsets with the display options you want.
