In general, Check over-ride fills and then you will have this option available.

None of the separator lines are showing, so it's all of them that I'm unhappy with. I've tried every variation on Model View Options with no luck.

If the finish skin is to be the same fill as the core you will need to have a
different named fill, core fill 1, core fill 2.
