Hi! I have a question:
With Shell tool can you create a continuous profile between the rack and the eave as in the picture attached?

You would have to create two Extruded Shells, then set their starting/end angles properly or create contours for them to create the mitred joint properly.

Do the the pieces on your image have the same profile? Or are they different?

Thanks, I read it all, it is a very interesting tread. What I understood if I am not wrong is that the section of the profile between the rack and the eave change slightly. But I will try to do with the shell tool.
Graphisoft should release some tutorial on how to do not just big stuff, but even detail(s).
