Show model in 3d

it is so amazing that we can use the marquee to select a part of the plan to show in 3d, but it is only a vertical cut to the model

how can i have a slant cut to the model, or even an irregular cut to it?

Go to your AC12 reference manual and look for "3d cutting planes"...
I think it may help...
