Shutter in 2D

I unchecked the "Show Shutter in 2D" for 1 window on the 1ST floor and it turned them ALL off both floors. When I rechecked that window they are still all off. I went through every window and made sure that it was checked but I cant get any of them to show shutters. I then went to every window and removed the shutters and then tried to replace them but still no luck.

I see what ai did wrong. I switched the scale from 1/4 = 1' to 1/8 = 1'
