How do I draw a site boundary using a legal description?

For AC11 just draw a line and then enter in the boundary details

after you have started a line

R will let you enter in the length

A will let you enter in an angle

for doing circular boundary lines as far as I am aware there is no real easy way.

There are addons like the cadimage site and massing tool that make drawing sites easier.

by the use of degrees/minutes/seconds in your angle working units, careful placement of your north direction, and an awareness of the relative difference between that north direction and cartesian 0º . . .

cadimage's site and massing tools will do it all for you and display the boundary data should you wish, but it may be a little too new zealand specific for your needs . . ?
