Skewed windows

Is there a solution to create a skewed window using only the tools available in AC10? (without an addon)?

This is the window I am trying to create, seen in an elevation.

There is a .PDF in the help files in AC 10
called "Creating custom windows.pdf"
that describes how to make custom windows.

Couldn't find it, though.

It must be on the other CD-s, because I can't find it on the hard drive. I'll look for it tomorrow, at the office.
(hope no GDL is involved).
