When I make the the walls they don't intersect cleanly. What am I doing wrong?

I assume that when you say "intersect" you mean the point of inflection
of the "S" curve. The two arcs must be perfectly tangent or you get
a break line in 3D. Even if the arcs are tangent there will be a joint
line in 2D which you can eliminate by disabling the appropriate wall ends.

I need to add that in AC 12 the wall reference line must be continuous,
meaning on one arc the reference line is on the convex side and on the
other the reference line must be on the concave side.
Also, you might need the attached .PDF which shows how to construct
perfect tangents.

Peter
Those diagrams take me back to when I used to teach manual drafting and geometry! Haven't seen them for ages! Of course, when we did them manually, joints weren't always perfect but with CAD we can get perfect connections. I do a lot of curvy decks and am always having to dust of my old geometry textbooks to remind myself how to do it.
Thanks Peter, for your refresher course!
