Special Menu and Panther

Not sure if I am posting in the right section but here goes

In OSX 10.2.8 and earlier the Special menu was always visible (whether you wanted it or not)

In OSX 10.3 I can't find away to make it visible. I have tried holding down the Control key during start up of AC (and other combos in the vain hope it would work) but no luck.

Anyone else found away round this?

hold down 'Ctrl' + 'Alt' together at archiCAD startup. it stays on permanently until you turn it off in the same manner. it probably reset itself when you upgraded to panther?

On a Mac it is the Command (Apple) + Option keys that enable the Special Menu. It is working fine for me in AC8.1 and OSX 10.3
