Struggles with using windows from ArchiCAD 8.1 Library

The problem with Window and Door builder id that lags a long time after the version is released, it is un intuitive with weird way to calling window elements but it works if nothing else available.

The other day I tried deleting thee trim from a 8.1 GS door so I can use the door in a toilet partition, it is impossible so I went back to Smartparts.

In fact before innovating GS should address many issues promised but not developed from 4.3 :
Decent Door Window rutine editable as Theometric is but with a better interface
Ceiling Grid
Fill on slab
Explode fill function
PDF import
