I usually keep an eye on http://tr.graphisoftus.com/ for general tech support issues to see the problems other people are having.
There was a huge batch of new postings today and I was really excited at first, expect an influx of new knowledge.... instead it seemed to be a big list of bug achknowledgements. While not really useful, it is nice to see what problems other people are having.
