Update away. There are many other improvements which you will use every day. Take a look at the section on what is new in 13.
TW2 is great. It's not just about the BIMserver, but how you work in TW2 is sooo much faster. Set it up and get to know it.

i would upgrade !
the rotate view new feature already played a huge role...
the new selection thing is a must have ... still very quick!!
no crashes for me...... not using TW2 till later tho !!

Being able to change materials on selected edges of a slab is a big bonus in 13. Also, very stable.

but u must know that all problems that u have with modeling in archicad, u still have them... you will not be able to do anything more just some cosmetic stuff.if u dont dont use TW2 than its (almost) same as archicad 12.
Respect for GS - archicad is 64 bit program
and for TW2 (i dont use this and didnt have chance to test it)
now we live in copy - paste time ! so archicad 12 = archicad 13 with ...[[deleted by Moderator]]... (thats difference bitween ac12 and ac 13)
