Top Sloped Walls

is there a way without solid operations/ complex profiles or morphs to make a wall with a sloped top? i have a bunch of wall fences laid out on an uneven terrain, so in order to control the height at specific points the top needs to be adjustable.
Complex profiles are not easy to work with especially for a lot of walls, morphs also are not easy to manipulate like walls, you cant just drag a points.
Essentially the ideal solution would be a wall that i can grab a point and lift it up on z where it fits me.

Any ideas?

As Lining has suggested, check your rail connections.

I have shown it using a 'rail' instead of a 'top rail'.
But it is the same.
In fact using a 'top rail' is easier as the rail height is calculated from the top of the rail.
With a 'rail', the height is measured to the centre of the rail.
