Trace Reference partially masked

A colleague has a problem across multiple projects where her trace referenced plans are only showing up the top left quarter under her working storey. It is as if there is a large masking fill across the rest. When you pan the view the trace reference is visible though.

I have turned off each referenced element one by one but the mask is still there. It is as though the trace splitter bars have been locked in place on the workspace.

Any tips with removing this mask?

There is a splitter you can use to obscure part of the Trace Reference. Turn that off.

Thanks Stuart. I did play around with those buttons but no luck initially. After a restart it seems to have reset which is good. Attached are what I mean by the mask. It wasn't associated to the plan, more like the workspace.
