Tracker Won't Display Angles in Degrees, Minutes, Seconds

In AC24 Project Preferences I changed Calculation Units & Rules Angle Unit to "degrees, minutes, seconds" but the Tracker still displays the angle in degrees. That's the procedure I always used in prior versions of ArchiCAD, why doesn't it work in 24? How do I get DMS angles in the Tracker?
