Tracker help

Hello,

Recently I did something and my tracker seems to have had something changed and I cant figure out what I did.

Usually id just grab something, CTRL+D to drag it, then type say 500 and ENTER and it'd move 500mm along that axis.

Now it doesn't do this, it will usually display a much larger number and im guessing moves it to like 500 from the center of the project?

Using X then 500-/+ still works fine for me to make a guide line where I want to go... but i miss being able to just move things by typing a number and it moving that amount in the direction I want it to go.

Not sure if attached picture will help or not.

Thanks.

P.S I use ArchiCAD 18.

Look for the command Relative Coordinates in Tracker, it should be active (checked).

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

I had it on active, had tried turning it on and off and does not seem to affect anything

I have also updated my signature.

Could there be anything else maybe causing this issue?

Thanks for adding the signature. You can also look at the options under Work Environment > User Preference Schemes > Tracker and Coordinate Input.

That helped! I found that under "Coordinate input logic:" that a box was checked which was "Show X-Y Coordinated relative to User origin in Tracker"

Unchecking this fixed the issues I was encountering.

Thanks!
