Trapzium shaped stair

Does anyone know how I would make this stair? At the moment it is just a standard stair on the left, but would like to be like the one on the right in plan (without having to modify each individual tread in the edit environment)

You need to create a Stair. Then you just need to select and edit its Boundary:
