Trimming of Composite Fills

I am new to ArchiCAD and am having problems trimming composite walls. (It seems like the scissors tool works well for trimming composite walls until you come to a complex area.)

Specifically-I have a tight area where my walltype changes several times. In order to show the correct connection of the 300mm concrete wall to the 500mm concrete wall I have been playing with reference lines and have gotten the intersection to its current level. (Please see attachment)
However, I would like to be able to clean up the last few "glitches" where the walltypes will not trim properly. Any suggestions?

Do I just have to "live" with inaccurate trimming of composites in this situation?

Hi Spokane Archi-Gal,

Composite junctions are a known 'issue' with ArchiCAD. It often takes a number of tricks to make things join up properly - including multiple versions of a wall with different skins and/or different layer intersection priorities and/or at worst case using the patch tool to just force an acceptable presentation via 2D over-drafting.

What you've shown should work out better than your screenshot before tricks, though. Can you press F7 (show reference line toggle) and post another screenshot?

Might be easier to help offline. PM me if you want to talk on the phone since I'm nearby. We could schedule some training time together.

Cheers,
Karl

Any suggestions you can offer would be greatly appreciated Karl. Attached is a new screen shot with my reference lines showing. I have tried several different combinations of solutions...this just seems to get me the closest to my goal.
