I am using trussmaker to help visualize what exposed trusses will look like. But now I see the truss gets generated using my 2D line drawing as centers. I would prefer it if my 2D drawing is used as the outside lines of the truss, any way to change that?
Thanks,
Henry

No. You have to draw the lines to the centers of all members of the truss. I sometimes draw the truss outline with a fill to help as a guide.

Bad News: no, we can't directly make a truss from outside lines....
Good News: you can edit de lines of your truss (offset) and adjust the outside lines to the right dimensions.
anyway, if anybody else knows how to do it... tell us.
