U-Shape stair bug

Hi! I noticed a bug in U-Shape stair in ArchiCAD 16.
For example I want to create stair, with 22 risers (11 risers on each run), and with 150 mm Tread height.

22×150=3300.

If Parameter Type set to "Tread Height", then all working fine. I'm setting Height to 3300, no. of risers 11 and 11, and getting 150 tread height automatically.

Now I set Parameter Type to "No. of Risers per Run". When I set no. of risers 11 for each run and tread height 150, I get stair height 3450, instead of 3300.

I've converted the stair to Morph, and measured real tread height - 156.8 mm.

I can reproduce what you see. Sure seems like a bug. When in 'no risers' mode like you, I have to enter 143.5mm as the 'preferred tread height' for the model to actually be 150mm. Really strange.

I'll submit a bug report.

Bug confirmed by tech support. No delivery date for the fix, so one of the workarounds below must be used for now. Sorry.
