Unable to copy/paste text in text & label toola AC13 &14 XP

I've just encountered the problem that copying and pasting text both within the text and label tools and between them is not working in:
- AC13 and AC14 only (12 and prior works fine)
- XP platform only

This works fine on my mac, all versions of AC, so this is platform specific. Can anyone else on XP confirm this?

No problem in 14 on XP or Windows 7.
So long as I have the correct tool active so I can edit the text.

Still a problem as described, tried new and reset, hard restart, just 13 & 14 on xp

Copy and paste functions otherwise working normally within the programs.

I've met the problem on my laptop, and today I had to meet with it on my desktop. It has happened in 13, 14 and 15 version. Has anybody found a solution.. It is quite annoying not to be able to copy text from one block to another

While not quite the same thing, I was wondering if what happened to me yesterday might be related.

I opened up a file with AC14 that was created in first AC11 and then finished with AC12. I was unable to cut, copy, or paste anything from that file although hitting control before dropping objects still worked for copying inside the file. Spent some time on it but never could get it to connect to the clipboard.
