Unable to import xml file as instructed

We have dowloaded the following file from Graphisoft and the instructions for the file are circled in red.

When we follow these instructions we can not select the files as there is no option for xml files. 

What are we doing wrong - Using Archicad 27.

Just download and uncompress the CALHYDRA – MEP-Route-Specification Material ZIP file available at https://www.graphisoft.com/downloads/archicad/calhydra/

Open MEP Designer and Route Specifications and import the XML selecting by system part (segment, elbow, transition, etc.)
