Yes, it is called a Symbol Fill. The steps are:
1. You draw the pattern on the Floor Plan (lines and arc only - no polylines, splines etc.)
2. You copy this to the Clipboard.
3. In the Fill Types Dialog you create a New Fill, and select Symbol Fill for its type.
4. You paste your pattern from the Clipboard.
You should create a pattern that, if placed by itself on the sides, top or bottom, is continuous with itself.
