Not sure how to solve this or why it is happening. All the interior walls are cleaning up well in plan except for this one junction (see attached picture). Same layer, same junction order, and I have played around endlessly with the reference lines, and still, there is a line appearing at the junction. If I move the wall more to the left, the line disappears; but close to that corner, I cannot get rid of it.

Hi mthd ---
Not sure what you mean - if you meant this - I offset the reference lines -3" and end up with this result:

Hi, select the first wall, go edit, reference line and plane, modify wall reference line, offset to desired amount. Do the same for the other second wall, till both reference lines are exactly in line with each other.

Thanks for your input mthd. I know how to modify wall reference lines - in fact, I have created a shortcut to it because I use it so much to clean up wall intersections. What I don't understand is which reference lines you are asking me to line up. Can you show me graphically? Here is the wall intersection in question again with and without reference lines on.

So in the bottom picture you have above, the black reference lines with the arrows in them pointing down. I wondered if they were exactly in line, would they clean up the wall for you ?

Are you sure your reference lines are all touching?
They don't appear to be, at least they don't look the same as mine.
Barry.

Hi RP, I will step aside and let the Archimaster Barry Kelly help you. I think he means to extend your top wall down till the reference lines meet ?

Here you can see the reference lines with walls selected. How do you get the vertical top wall 'exactly' in line as you say? As in the second screenshot? Here I have offset the reference line to line up with the vertical wall below - as you can see, not a good result.

Hi Barry - thanks for chiming in. The reference lines are touching. Same composite walls on the same layer - all the same heights with nothing overlapping below or above.

OK, let's try something.
Select those 3 walls, FILE menu > External Content > Save selection as a module.
Now ZIP that .MOD file and attach it to a reply post here (I am not sure if you can just attach a .MOD file directly).
Then we will have exactly the same walls as you.
Barry.

Try putting your blue reference line on the top wall to the outer edge or the far right hand side.
Then offset your bottom wall’s reference line by (40mm approximately by the looks) or the exact amount it takes to line up the blue lines exactly.
